LEARN FLASH IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!

Comments

You....are a king. A KIND KING!!!!!!

My balls dropped, my glasses exploded, my cat died, and the earth did a full rotation backwards. Genius.

Question, though: If you are making a longer, full length flash, how many scenes would you recommend? I always thought you would make a scene for each camera change of view, so extreme number of frames wouldn't get in the way.

I don't like to have a bunch of scenes.
Most of my animations end up having ton's of layers and whenever I switch to a new "scene" I just add a keyframe on each layer vertically in the timeline.

It's only until flash starts lagging that I create a new scene.

Thank you! I'm glad it helped ya, dudester. 83 USE THE POWERS FOR SOME AWESOME!

You seriously made my day/night.

I love you.

*salute*
That's good to hear. My night is pretty boring as FAWK.

I learnt flash in under of a millisecound

*takes out tablet pen in an epic fashion*

THEN WE SHALL BATTLE... TO THE DEATH. *puts on sunglasses*
*revs motorcycle*

Too bad that I already know how to use flash.

Well... Do you know how to do..... THIS?!?!
*OPENS HIS MOUTH AND SPEWS ANTS ALL OVER THE PLACE*

Haha. That's great, dudester.
I know flash real well, I just wish I could take my time on my work.
School and work is a real time raper.

WAITING FOR MORE!

It's like you're Bob Ross, but with Flash.

Oh god. You've predicted my fate.
*drawing a happy little cloud*

flash is just ms paint with frames

teach maya please, i need to learn 3d

I'm workin towards it. 83

Starogre... you fail how you can compare paint to flash is beyond me, maybe paint.net and flash if that's what you meant...

Anyways awesome videos, never thought of doing it that way and it's so funny to watch *whispers* "now let's kill him before he spreads!"

Haha, thanks. I never took any flash lessons. I had to slowly figure everything out myself.
I hated not being able to find any useful tutorials. I hope this satisfies my old self.

*salute*

What did you record this amuZUZZUZILING tutorial with?

http://camstudio.org/
camstudio. It's free.

Please reply with another lame roleplaying comment kplzzz....

*PULLS DOWN HIS PANTS AND RAVES*

FRIGGIN' AWESOME vid....
only one prob...
does it matter whether u have macromedia flash or adobe flash or can u use either for your tutorials??????

I haven't used anything special in flash so far in these tutorials.
They should all be the same. If you have a problem, let me know.

I'm using Windows so the shortcuts might be different for mac users.

these tutorials are awesome really helpful i learned something :D
but i would actually really like to see in the next one is some action script 3.0 stuff

Actionscripting is hellah-tuffs for me since I don't make games.
I'll gladly look into it. But probably won't be on the next one.
XD I'll work up toward it.

LOL so funny

Very nice man,

It was a really good easy to follow tutorial, Something I've never gotten round to is properly learning how to make like a play and replay button and laying it out properly, so it's good to know that now, How you presented it with your funny voices and stuff really made it interesting to listen to so thanks a bunch!

I'll definitely watch the rest!
<3

INSTEAD OF TAPPING ENTER REAL FAST YOU CAN PRESS THE > OR < BUTTON.

Also, the way you say "Now step aside kid, you're bothering me" is perfect.

OOOOOooooooooOH. Thanks for that. I knew there had to be some "Next frame" "Previous frame" button. But being the silly guy that I am, I loved smashing my enter button.
THANK YOU FOR THAT.<3

Very good with the tutorials. I'll use them.

where's more christmas wiggle?
and I want a fire truck!
wut color!
Red!
You go now!

FunyMony is quite the hilarity :D

More people need to be this entertaining and helpful. It like freakin' School House Rock, except for flash, and you aren't old.

*laugh* I know what you mean.

Teaching flash in real life is a lot more difficult that teaching it on the net.
I give props to those who are able to sit in front of an entire class with all eyes
locked on them, and still be able to speak normal.

*laugh* but they do need to be a little more happy though.
I can't learn if the professor or teacher is not into what they are doing.

im guessing that this version adds automatically the on {realease} on press, etc. functions to buttons, people who have previous versions need to add it manually.

If you're using anything older than FLASH 5.
If you have script assist on, you shouldn't have to add it in there manually. :3
